IMPORTANT: Due to the global pandemic, your order may be delayed. Expedited and overnight options may not be available for all orders.

What shipping methods do you offer?

Suburban Auto Parts offers expedited, standard, and overnight shipping on most items.

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, if you live in the local city/area, you may choose that option at checkout. VERY important: The pickup location varies, based on the OEM branded part you’re buying. Orders placed for in-store pickup will have the location for pickup confirmed after we have received and fulfilled your order. Please call 888-649-3798 prior to ordering and pickup to ensure you’re going to the right location.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Suburban Auto Parts offers overnight and other rush shipping options for additional costs. The total for an expedited shipping to your location, will be added prior to checkout. *Please note that if the part needs to be special ordered from the manufacturer the rush delivery will be from the date the part is received to us and will be promptly shipped to you.

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

In stock orders ship within 24 hours of purchase. Weekend orders will be processed the next business day. Special orders and temporarily out of stock parts may take longer.

NOTE: A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will be shipped to you immediately.

What if the part I need is out of stock?

If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive and will be promptly shipped to you.

What if the part I need is on backorder or discontinued?

In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible. If the team at Suburban Auto Parts is unsuccessful with the search, your order will be cancelled and any charges refunded within 1 to 2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on whether or not you paid for overnight shipping, your order can arrive in as little as 1 day or 2-7 business days in the continental USA.

Will you provide tracking information?

You will receive tracking information by email for your order as soon as it is shipped.

If I pay by credit card, will you charge my card once the item has shipped?

You are charged for your Suburban Auto Parts order at the point of sale. If for some reason your order is canceled, your charge will be refunded in 1 to 2 business days.

Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?

If you have an order that includes multiple items that you want to arrive at different addresses, you can call us at 888-649-3798 to discuss possible options.

Do you ship to AK, HI, and US territories?

We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii. If you live in a territory of the United States, please call us to arrange shipping.

Do you ship to PO Boxes or APOs/FPOs?

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Do you ship hazardous items?

Yes, we do ship hazardous items. Unless they must be shipped as freight, hazardous items usually ship UPS ground.

Do you ship oversized parts?

Suburban Auto Parts does ship oversized parts. Oversized shipments will incur additional costs; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.

What if my address changes before my order ships? Can I change where you send my shipment?

If you know your shipping address will be different, we advise you not to order your part just yet. If you need to change your shipping address, it may be possible but there is no guarantee that it will be processed in time. Please call us to discuss. 888-649-3798

How can I be sure you’re shipping me parts that will fit my vehicle?
